The North Carolina Trucking Association is honored to welcome Raymont Harris as the keynote speaker for our Annual Management Conference. A former NFL athlete and standout from THE Ohio State University, Raymont has built a remarkable career as an entrepreneur, speaker, coach, and consultant specializing in Elite Mindset & Performance training.
Raised in Lorain, Ohio, Raymont’s personal journey—shaped by perseverance, discipline, and his belief in “controlling the controllables”—has fueled his mission to help others unlock their full potential. For more than 15 years, he has worked closely with student-athletes, coaches, corporate leaders, and C-suite executives, empowering them with strategies rooted in leadership, resilience, and effective communication. His work has inspired individuals and organizations alike, while also contributing to significant philanthropic impact at his alma mater.
Raymont’s message is one of motivation, positivity, and purposeful growth. His keynote will challenge and energize our industry’s leaders, offering insights on achieving elite performance in both business and life. We’re thrilled to have him join us.
