We will be hosting Mock Deposition Drills at the NCTA Councils Conference this year. This is a great way to learn and/or sharpen you skills! Attendees will select a role (Safety, HR, Maintenance or Executive) and be provided a fact pattern prior to their deposition. NCTA member lawyers will be on hand to go through the deposition process, the mock deposition, and provide real-time feedback.
